Mark Warren, M.D., and Lucene Wisniewski, Ph.D., co-founded CCED in June 2006. The duo met in 2000 while working together for a regional health-care system’s eating disorder program. Over the next six years, they began developing the essential behavioral and biological components of the evidence-based treatment programs CCED offers today.
CCED is an outpatient eating disorder treatment center that provides clinically proven treatment for children, teens and adults suffering from an eating disorder. Our treatment focuses on both the illness and the individual using behavioral therapies, such as DBT and CBT, Maudsley Family Based Therapy, psychiatric treatment and nutritional support.
As an independent provider, we partner with the region’s health-care systems to spread access to high-quality care to all individuals suffering from an eating disorder across Northeast Ohio. We work with any treatment system and treatment team.
In addition, we’re contracted with the majority of insurance providers to offer an accessible, affordable treatment option for all of our patients. Find more information about insurance coverage for our services.
